Instead of property managers managing parking via spreadsheets or paper leases, Parkade digitizes a building’s parking operations and makes parking self-serve for tenants.

Note that it’s up to each building who gets Parkade access, as many buildings choose to limit access to tenants.
At other buildings, Parkade can be used by the public to rent excess parking.
